[edit] Installing the optional InterAsterisk dial macro

1. Unpack the zip file into a temp dir
2. Open Outlooks Visual Basic-editor and add the snom.bas and snomdial.frm
3. Enter your phones IP address and the address of your Asterisk/PHP server into snom.bas
4. Customize your toolbar to add a macro button to Address lists and Address detail windows
